How do I login to WebTrader platform?
To login to the web-terminal, follow the link webtrader.rmib.com and then enter into special fields the e-mail address and the password specified during the registration of your Live Account.
To open the desired account in the investment terminal, you have to choose this account from the list in the top left corner by clicking it with the mouse, and then enter your investment password.

Can I use Expert Advisors for investing in WebTrader terminal?
There is no such opportunity now.

How can I load the quotes history?
The quotes history for each instrument is loaded when you scroll the investment chart to the left, to earlier dates. You can download the complete history stored on the Company’s server.

Why isn’t the information about my open positions displayed?
You need to "lift" the panel with the account information. To do that, click the icon with two parallel lines above the chart and hold it.

What information can I view without closing the terminal window?
You can do the following without closing WebTrader RM Investment Bank terminal window:
1. Deposit funds to your active account ("Account" menu, "Funds" sub-menu).
2. View the Company’s news ("Info" menu, "Company’s news" page).
3. Read analytical reviews from the Company’s leading experts ("Info" menu, "Market technical analysis & forecasts" page).
4. Explore Economic calendar ("Info" menu, "Economic calendar" page).

I can’t find MobileTrader application in App Store
MobileTrader application is available for the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Brunei Darussalam, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Egypt, India, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, China, Columbia, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Portugal, Romania, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Thailand, Uzbekistan, the Ukraine, Finland, Croatia, Czech republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia, and South Africa.
If you live in the country that is not on this list, you may use WebTrader mobile version (open https://webtrader.rmib.com/ in your mobile device browser).
There are no country limitations for MobileTrader in Google Play (Android).
